At Hill County Kids, we value local businesses and organizations that help improve children's lives.

Hill County Kids is a nonprofit organization that provides children in Hill County with access to nutritious food, particularly on weekends when school meals are not available. Our mission is clear: no child should go hungry.

Child hunger is a serious problem in Hill County. Many children receive their main meals at school, but weekends can often be uncertain. Hundreds of families need help so their children do not go hungry from Friday to Monday. We are working to fix this.

We started our weekend snack pack program with 36 children. Now, with community support, we deliver over 285 snack packs each week in several school districts. These packs give vital food and peace of mind. We see better energy, focus, and well‑being in the children we help.

As the 2026–2027 school year begins, it is time once again to start providing weekend meals to the students who rely on this support. With rising food costs and growing need, your donation is essential for Hill County Kids to keep providing these meals.

We want to expand to all thirteen school districts in Hill County. Our goal is to ensure every child who needs a weekend snack pack receives one, regardless of location or school attendance.

Each snack pack costs about $6.50 to make and deliver. Many children still need our help, and your support directly impacts their well‑being.
